Introduction

“HOW DO YOU MEND A BROKEN HEART?” the BeeGees once sang. The truth is, many people have been singing this song long before the BeeGees did; and many more will sing the same song

for years to come. Many books talk about how to succeed in getting married. But what do you do when you are rejected, ignored, dumped or unloved? I write this book as a man who was once head over heels in love, only to see the romance crash and burn before it even took

off. From raw, painful experience, I want to give a man’s perspective on how it is to be heartbroken and more importantly, how to recover. Perhaps you will identify with my story. Perhaps you’ll say, “Yes, that has happened to me, too. Please tell me:

What happened? How did you get over it?” What does the healing process look like? The left-brain reader may be looking for a step-by-step formula. But I have found that emotional healing is more of a journey. There will be ups and downs, advances and setbacks. Mending a broken heart can be downright messy. Still, at the end of each chapter, I have put one-liners to serve as arrows that point in the right direction. You may be browsing through this book for some answers to your heartache. There was a time when I was desperately clawing for answers, too. Since then, I have dug up many.

“KNOW YOUR ENEMY”

“YOU COME TO ME WITH SPEAR AND SWORD, ICOME TO YOU IN THE NAME OF THE LORD” (Samuel 17:45)

In the sport of boxing you must know who you are going up against; one can’t walk into the boxing ring without knowing the moves or routine. There are times when the boxers will sit for hours at a time watching and studying the other boxer to know where they are weak and when to bob when you should weave, understanding every tactic of the other guy.

When you are facing the enemy and the devil has you down and out it is always great to know how to defeat him. Use the word of God to bring Satan down. Study the word Know the enemy and when he tries to swing with a left duck and come up with a right then go for the Knock out!

When the children of Israel went out with Saul to go and see what this giant wanted they suddenly were fearful, so it says in the Bible that David had come there to the camp and when he heard the giant talking about His Jehovah God he got mad and said “who is this uncircumcised philistine that he will defy the army of the God?” (Samuel YOU 17:26)

Saul tried to arm David with what everyone else was wearing but David couldn’t wear that armor because he had not yet tried it.

When David called this giant out, goliath was rude and acting horrible to Israelites, this didn’t scare little David he just kept right on going for him. As he approached the huge giant he said “you come to me with sword and spear but I come to you in the Name of the lord.”

(Samuel 17:45)

So, you see David knew his adversary and when he slung his rock he busted this giant between the eyes, the way the helmet was made that was the only place where it would kill him. The next thing David did was and is the most important part.

After it was all said and done and the giant had been slain David took goliaths sword and cut off his head. We need to take charge of our lives and let the devil know that we aren’t backing down, we know who he is and the greater(Jesus) is in us (1 John 4:4)

The key is not to give up, when you are faced with an opposition, stay in the race and never throw in the towel, call your problems out and say “Greater is in me then he that is in this world.”

Yes! Today is Sunday! Sunday...

Another day to worship God and give Him Honor... every time before I went to church and prepare my things and clothes to wear, I will always had this feeling and excitement within my heart and even if I am felt so tired working from Monday to Saturday and depend on the schedule and every Sunday i need to wake up early in the morning but I always make myself available and keep to my mind the SUNDAY is for my GOD.

Then after SOLD OUT Live we went to SM Masinag to roaming around and to eat. And this is it we eat to Mang Inasal...you know what we Wait their for about hours before our order come and at last the order came...
